If you love the fruity flavours of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry, the Forest Fruit KetoSpread ($9.90 for 80ml jar) is sweet and tangy, loaded with crunchy chia seeds for added pleasure — so delicious, you could eat it straight out of the jar and it contains 8.7 grams of carbohydrates per jar.
