Start with the signature Salmon and Fresh Fruits Yusheng Platter 颂苑蛙鱼缤纷捞生 ($98.00++ for regular / $138.00++ for large), a modern take on Yu Sheng that leans towards a healthy and refreshing twist — include a medley of Five Auspicious Fruits; Dragon Fruit, Rock Melon, Apples, Mango and Pear.

The indulgent option comes with the signature yu sheng which has the luxe addition of Bamboo Lobster ($118.00++ for regular / $168.00++ for large), Baby Abalone ($108.00++ for regular / $148.00++ for large), or Kanpachi ($88.00++ for regular / $128.00++ for large). All Yu Sheng platters are available for dine-in and takeaway.

It’s all about tradition for Chinese New Year, so it would be a remiss for not including the traditional Pen Cai on the menu. Song Garden Supreme Fortune Pot 颂苑怀旧盆菜 ($388.00++ for regular / $688.00++ for large) is braised full of delectable delicacies like Japanese 8-head Abalone, Roast Duck, Crispy Pork Belly, Dried Oysters, Sea Cucumber, and Scallop.

Other quintessential Pen Cai ingredients such as Prawn Balls, Lotus Roots, Cabbage, Radish, Black Mushroom, Beancurd Skin, Black Fungus and Fatt Choy will all make an appearance in the pot of prosperity.

Song Garden Chinese Restaurant offers NINE set menus starting from $88++ per person with minimum two person order to an extravagant meal for a table of ten, price range from $898.00++ (Celebration Set) to $2,688.00++ (Treasure Set) will feature lavish creations by the chef, including Golden Pillow White Pepper Pork Spare Ribs Bun, a dish symbolising wealth in the Year of the Pig.

This special new year dish features a golden baked homemade bun and tender pork spare ribs basted with homemade white pepper and shiitake mushroom sauce created by Song Garden Executive Chef Wong.
