The festive promotions and special menus are available at the three restaurants — Gordon Grill, L’Espresso and Coffee Lounge from Christmas Eve through until New Year.

From 1 December to 26 December 2018, customers can bring home some of the hotel’s best gourmet goodies that would surely put a smile on everyone’s face. This year’s new savoury takeaways are largely inspired by Cantonese-style dishes include offerings like Soy-braised Turkey with Toasted Spiced Almonds and homemade Chilli sauce ($238 for 8-12 pax), Mini Turkey Char Siew Bo Lo Buns ($15 for 6 pieces) and Breaded Turkey Rillettes ‘Cheong Fun’ with creamy Tarragon dip ($20 for $12 pieces).
New Christmas desserts include the beautiful handcrafted Yuletide Blossom Log Cake ($82 for 1kg) and decadent Jolly Chocolate, Blackcurrant and Cherry Savarin Cake ($68 for 1kg). Returning sweet favourites like the iconic Goodwood Mao Shan Wang Durian Christmas Log Cake ($75 for 500g), Merry Mosaic Cakes ($50 for 500g) and Whiskey Profiteroles Chocolate Tart ($52 for 600g) makes the perfect ending to a perfect celebration.
Also back by popular demand, a signature on Gordon Grill’s menu — Cold Capellini Pasta with Alaska Crab, Ebi, Caviar and Truffle Vinaigrette ($108 for 4 pax), the traditional favourite Slow Roasted Iberico Pork Belly with Crackling, Pickled Cabbage, Apple Sauce and Pork Jus ($338 for 6-8 pax), alongside other classics include Honey glazed boneless ham and Whole bone-in honey-glazed gammon ham with vanilla-pineapple sauce, Roasted Australian Wagyu beef ribeye with Yorkshire pudding, as well as a selection of traditional Christmas sweets and popular durian indulgences such as D24 Durian puffs, D24 Ice Cream and Mao Shan Wang Ice Cream tubs return for the season.
