The renowned dining restaurant has recently introduced a special curated menu which lets you experience the very best of land and sea, offered at $68++ per person for lunch from Monday to Friday, and at $88++ per person for dinner daily.

The ‘Surf & Turf’ at Gordon Grill takes diners through a 4-course set menu starting with an amuse bouche, appetiser, soup, a choice of main course and dessert.
The luxe ‘Surf & Turf’ options include Maine Lobster, Hokkaido Scallops, Fresh Catch of the Day (Fish); US Snake River Farms Wagyu Flat Iron Steak, free-range Iberico Pork Collar and Victoria Farm Australian Lamb Chop, all served with Potato Fondant, Green Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce and Natural Jus.
