The former chef of Regent Hotel – Executive Chef Esa Hassim took over the reins of Bay Hotel’s culinary team and is kicking up the flavours at Rumah Rasa. Expect delightful flavours of Indonesia with a slight modern twist enhanced with fresh spices from the hotel’s garden.
Portions are hearty, plated for sharing and communal dining is highly encouraged. Prices are reasonable for individual dishes, and the weekday lunch promotion is even better than I thought. The Weekday Executive Semi-Buffet Lunch offers guests a choice of one Main Course for $15++ comes with unlimited servings of appetisers and soup. Top up $2++ to enjoy a semi-buffet desserts and drinks.
