Mid-Autumn Festival 2017: Unique Mooncakes Collection

This Mid-Autumn Festival, delight in a wide repertoire of traditional and snow skin mooncakes featuring new unique flavours such as Root Beer mooncake from Goodwood Park Hotel, Tom Yum mooncake from Bakerzin.

I’ve shortlisted a selection of unique mooncake flavours as well as some noteworthy mentions in no particular order.

What’s NEW — Prickly Pear with Bergamot, Apple Cider and Root Beer Snowskin Mooncake.

The highlight of Goodwood Park Hotel 2017 mooncake edition is the introduction of its Prickly Pear with Bergamot snowskin mooncake. Decked in a blush pink hue, the prickly pear lends a juicy texture and mellow sweetness to the citrusy note from the bergamot, while diced pears add crunch to the refreshing mix.

The snowskin collection also features two new flavours. One of which is the fizzy Apple Cider and the other is a nostalgic crowd-pleasing Root Beer with a dash of rum and vanilla beans.
