My order arrived in a timely fashion and I was happy that my food was still warm. The dishes were served in disposable microwavable containers and a full set of disposable dining ware and serviettes were also provided.

Curry Fried Rice with Basil and Crab Meat, an all-time favourite Thai dish was also one of our favourites. The curry fried rice was not greasy and had a bit of sweetness from the crab meat and basil.

The tom yum fish cakes were a let down as I couldn’t taste a hint of tom yum, but it was saved by the satisfying chilli sauce.

The Thai green curry features generous chunks of tender chicken simmered in homemade green curry sauce, accompanied with sweet cherry tomatoes and greens. The chef uses skinless and boneless chicken thigh which makes eating so much easier.

Stir-Fried Baby Kai Lan, a popular tze char and restaurant dish. The rendition here was topped with an assortment of mushrooms, carrots and corn – simple and delicious!

Ended the meal with dessert. In the large serving tub, it comprises most of diced mango, sago pearls and evaporated milk. The dessert was loaded with too much ice, but that help keep the dessert chilled for more than one hour.

Deli Hub has delivered more than just tasty food. I’m happy with the overall quality and presentation of the dishes, including the prompt service delivery.

Besides buffet and party sets, Deli Hub also offers bento boxes and packaged lunches, high tea and seminar packages, as well as a selection of items for BBQ needs.
