Creamery Boutique Ice Creams was established in 2012 by founder couple Ian Lee and Jerry Chompunuch Jomsangawong.
With a big love for ice cream almost as much as they love each other, Ian and Jerry decided to start their own business by creating small batches of premium quality ice creams. Their pet project soon turned into one of the most popular ice cream brand in Bangkok.
Fans will be able to find original recipes of ice creams and delicious dessert combinations such as the Instagram worthy lava cookies at the Singapore store.
Meet Chin Wan, an ex food scientist and also one of the local franchise owner of Creamery Boutique Ice Creams Singapore, serving delicious ice cream in original recipes and exploding molten lava cookies originated from Bangkok.
Creamery Boutique Ice Creams features about 60 different flavours, but they won’t be there all the time. That’s because the owners insist on small batch production to maintain quality of their ice cream. Each time there will be 12 rotating flavours so that customers will have something new to try every visit.
The ice creams at Creamery Boutique Ice Cream are packed full of flavour. Creative options include Counterstrike – a pistachio inspired ice cream with caramel and chocolate fudge, Zombie Food – made from tangy passion fruit and jelly, Black Dog – made from local favourite Stout beer and Super Baby Milk is backed with super powers made from real Dumex milk powder.
The big draw here especially popular with the younger ones, is the Cookie Set ($7.90 to $8.90) comes with a large piece of molten lava cookie topped with a scoop of ice cream served in a hot pan.
MONSTER MATCHA ($8.90) – Matcha Green Tea Lava Cookie
RED DEVIL ($8.90) – Red Velvet Cream Cheese Lava Cookie
BROWNIE ($7.90) – Non Lava Brownie Cookie
Among the three cookies, my favourite was Matcha Monster featuring a distinct matcha taste and beautiful green hue all thanks to the premium Uji Matcha they used.
Another hit was the brownie – it was surprisingly soft, moist and fudgy, and wasn’t overly sweet which is a good thing.
The red velvet cookie oozes melty cream cheese which was equally irresistible. Other Cookies set include Classic Butter Cookie and Chocolate Lava Cookie (Choc-A-Lot).
The Singapore cafe also serves ice cream shakes, smoothies, sodas, as well as coffee and tea options.
Visit Creamery Boutique Ice Creams soon, you’ll find all kinds of delicious flavours waiting to be sampled and all made using original recipes from Bangkok with love! Do not leave without trying their signature Lava cookies! xoxo
