For just $48++ per person (for 2 glasses of Prosecco) and for $68++ per person (for FREE FLOW!!), you’ll get some insider tips on how to make the perfect pizza! Plus, you can do all that with a nice Prosecco buzz – what more can you ask for?
So how does it all work?
First, the chef walks through how to knead out the ready-proofed dough during his demo. Turns out that how you roll out the dough depends on the type of crust you are going for. If you’re one that prefers a thin yet chewy crust, it’s better to use your hands since it retains the air pockets inside the dough. Conversely, if you prefer the thin, crispy crusts, you could use the rolling pin, since that’s provided as well.
Next step was to spread out a layer of fresh, house-made tomato sauce before putting our toppings on. We really had a myriad of options – prosciutto, salami, chicken, olives, smoked mozzarella, peppers, cherry tomatoes… the combinations were unlimited! I personally prefer simpler pizzas though, so I stuck with the usual basil, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and mozzarella.

Once everything is ready, the staff will kindly help you bake the pizza while you can sit back and sip on that Prosecco, but that’s not over! Some of the ingredients are better if placed after baking the pizza itself – some of these include prosciutto and arugula, which also make for good garnishing ingredients!
And I present you my first ever pizza!
