On 4 November 2016, Moosehead and A Noodle Story are hosting a collaborative, one-off supper event at Moosehead Kitchen Bar, which is going to be fantastic.
Here’s what you need to know.
A Noodle Story founders Gwern Khoo and Ben Tham spent the formative years of their careers working in fine dining kitchens such as Jaan, Iggy’s, Waku Ghin and Picotin Restaurant. The Amoy Street duo recently made headlines after receiving the honour of being one of Singapore’s first Bib-Gourmand hawkers.
Meanwhile, Moosehead Kitchen Bar Head Chef Seumas Smith has been busy churning great new Mediterrano-Asian creations in the kitchen. Young and talented at the present age of 24, Seumas holds an impressive portfolio including 1-Michelin-star Lords of the Manor (UK) and 2-Michelin-star Dinner by Heston (UK) and Esquina in Singapore.
This is the first time that Moosehead Kitchen Bar is teaming up with award-winning A Noodle Story, bringing fusion dishes that combine the best of both eateries experiences and creativity.
Moosehead x A Noodle Story – The Food
The first Moosehead Supper Series will begin with a new recipe of A Noodle Story and a menu selection of inspired dishes and sides such as a seductive slab of Inka-roasted Spanish Pork char siew, bacon-wrapped wontons, deep fried shrimp wontons with garlic miso dip, char-grilled duck hearts, Inka-roasted brocollini and including matching drinks throughout.
The Moosehead and A Noodle Story Supper Series will take place from 10pm till late on Friday 4th November 2016. No reservations are required, available until sold out.
