Celebrate local food with Shangri-La Singapore and discover unique showcase of iconic Singaporean dishes reinterpreted just for the occasion. From now till 14 August 2016, guests can relish an endless buffet line-up of international cuisine from 16 theatre kitchens, as well as savour new local hawker favourites at The Line restaurant.

In honour of Singapore’s 51st birthday, The Line’s Chef de Cuisine Vincent Wong has enhanced the highlights for the buffet dinner with new creations such as Singapore Laksa, Oyster Omelette, Otak-otak, Satay, Nasi Lemak and Kuih, alongside creatively reinterpreted delights including Chicken Rice Maki Roll, Chilli Crab Brioche and Chendol Bubbles.

Furthermore, there’s an al fresco pop-up fruit stall that allow guests to savour specially imported durians from Malaysia and tropical fruits including mangosteen, rose apple, longan and jackfruit.

From 15 July to 31 August 2016, Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock of The Atrium Restaurant at Holiday Inn Atrium is whipping up a special themed buffet dinner showcasing well-loved local delights such as chilli crayfish, signature laksa, satay, and oyster omelette; not forgeting a sliced-to-order sashimi station and a wide range of fresh seafood on ice.

Durian lovers will be in for a treat as the hotel has set up its first-ever Durian Bazaar. Guests can enjoy the famous D101, D13, and Red Prawn durian varietals alongside tropical fruits such as rambutan and mangosteen.
