Make your weekend even more special with a rewarding weekend brunch at MITZO restaurant and bar. Available every weekend including Public Holidays, MITZO presents a premium selection of delicacies such as live lobster, abalone and bamboo clam dishes on its menu.
There’s plenty to admire about MITZO‘s menu, but first let’s take a quick tour around the restaurant and bar. Unlike any other Chinese restaurant in Singapore, MITZO takes a daring approach – embracing bold colour themes and creative decor to modernise the overall look.
Guests will be greeted with coloured wall mirrors, mirrored ceilings and vogue lamps to light up the dining space. As opposed to other Chinese restaurants in Orchard Road, it seems like MITZO is gunning for a different customer profile, likely the young, hip and more diverse clientele.
On the menu, MITZO glams it up with dainty Cantonese gourmet and artisanal cocktails. Guests can look forward to the exquisite array of well-loved Cantonese fare and dim sum spiced up with a contemporary twist.
Notable dishes include Stir-fried Wagyu beef cubes with black pepper in red wine sauce ($42), Pan-fried Lamb chop in Xinjiang style ($68), and MITZO‘s Special barbecue pork ($18). The dishes are remarkably splendid, but prices tend to be on the high side – you pay for quality.
