
BRIDGE Restaurant & Bar, a casual fine dining establishment at Seah Street is celebrating two milestones – the appointment of Ace Tan as Head Chef, and the unveiling of a brand new menu specially designed by him. Chef Ace brings 6 years of experience in European dining and previously worked at restaurants like Pollen and Buttero.
Partnering him in the kitchen is Sous Chef David Lee who spent years embarking of a journey to various countries for education, as well as picking up culinary experiences in hotel and restaurants such as Attica in Melbourne – one of the world’s best 50 restaurants.
The duo has curated a series of menus for BRIDGE, featuring mod-European cuisine using the finest and freshest ingredients with stylish presentation and exceptional attention to details. 3-course chef’s menu for dinner is priced at $55++ per person; 5-course exquisite chef’s menu at $85+ per person and a supplement of $35 to 50++ for wine pairing.
