
The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill at One Fullerton has expanded its service to weekend brunch, taking place exclusively on Saturdays from 11am to 3pm – The new Ultimate Weekender Brunch doesn’t just feature the average eggy items, but some dishes which you don’t normally see on a typical brunch menu; like the Snapper Pie and Seafood Bouillabaisse.
Sticking to its culinary emphasis of using as many seafood ingredients as possible, The Pelican‘s new brunch menu offerings include the Seafood Bouillabaisse ($68), Smoked Haddock & Corn Fritters ($22), Oyster Platter ($30 1/2 dozen, $60 dozen), and Tiger Prawns & Asparagus ($28).
Other highlights like the Snapper Pie ($40), Crab Omelette ($26), Old Fashioned Crab Cakes ($24), The Pelican Platter ($138) and The Pelican Burger ($35) remain as Pelican Classics on the menu.
For the vegetarians, we recommend the Zucchini Frittata ($18) – baked egg, cream, sliced zucchini served with rocket and parmesan cheese. If you decide to go sweet, try the Berry & Creme French Toast ($14) or housemade Banana Bread ($14) with peanut butter praline ice cream.
Diners can get to enjoy free flow of Prosecco with a friendly top-up of $35. On top of the Ultimate Weekender Brunch, take a seat at The Pelican‘s outdoor verandah – the stunning view of Marina Bay waterfront comes absolutely free of charge.
