Singapore Coffee Festival 2016 is the first-ever carnival that brings together the best baristas in Singapore to create a joyful experiences for everyone. Held at F1 Pit Building from 9th to 12th June 2016, the Singapore Coffee Festival features a line-up of activities such as seminars and panel forums sharing about coffee stories; CMCR Lab lessons and masterclasses run by Common Man Coffee Roasters; live performances by some of the stellar homegrown indie bands and musicians include iNCH, Charlie Lim, Pleasantry and Cashew Chemists; local film screenings; and most essentially food and beverages.
The Singapore Coffee Festival comprises of two levels – level 2 showcases killer coffee machines and coffee accessories from brands like Baratza Grinders, Mazzer, Rocket Espresso, Synesso, ToTT etc at the Speciality Coffee Zone, while level 3 features a line-up of speciality coffee and delectable treats for the food lovers and caffeine addicts at the Food & Drinks Zone.
At the Lifestyle Zone, an indie art market curated by MEGAFASH showcasing over 50 independent local brands will fill up your shopping bag. Join in on a series of informative sessions with Straits Times columnists and food critics such as Ignatius Koh, Wong Kim Koh and Wong Ah Yoke to discuss and dish out the lowdown on a span of topics over your favourite cup of coffee at the ST Reading Room; and look out for handsome Castlery furniture – post a photo of yourself with the Handford Sofa in grey (worth $1,099) and the Miller Coffee Table (worth $499), upload to Instagram (public account) with the hashtag #SCFxCastlery to stand a chance to win the charming sofa and table.
Entry tickets are retailing at $18 (general) for 1-day access; $44 for group of 4 general tickets; $43 for VIP one day access and fast track entry with VIP lounge experience, complimentary cocktail and canapes. DBS/POSB card members are entitled to special discounts.
Online sales has stopped, but tickets at the door are still available and all tickets purchased at the door will come with $10 F&B credit (as the goodie bags has been fully allocated).
Don’t miss out the high tea set at Singapore Coffee Festival‘s pop up of the original Shiseido Parlour in Tokyo. Camellia and Butter Cookies specially flown from Ginza including the iconic Shiseido Parlour Cheese Cake and Ganache will be served with tea and other gourmet items. Shiseido will also be showcasing their cosmetics including the Ibuki skincare range.
