Wholesome Natural Dishes Crafted With An Artisanal Touch
Chef Guven likes to surprise his guests by experimenting with different textures, using dehydrated ingredients to top off the dishes and foaming sauces to give them a lighter, cleaner flavour.
Must-tries include the refreshing starter of Orkney Islands Scallops Ceviche ($25), the extraordinary Lobster Ravioli in Lobster Bisque, UsQuBa Fish & Chips ($32) and the succulent Duet of Aberdeen Angus Beef ($56). For the ultimate indulgence, go for the Aberdeen Angus Tomahawk Beef ($198) that has been dry-aged to a loving tenderness, before it hits the grill and serve with seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes and truffle salad.
