Opted for Nutmare Milkshake ($9.50), a thick, creamy peanut and caramel milkshake adorned with Oreo, KitKat, Smarties, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. A good option to satisfy the sweet tooth.

For an effervescent kick, try StrangeLove‘s range of organic soda pops ($7 per bottle) —  Blood Orange & Chilli, Ginger Beer, Lemon Squash and Smoked Cola. Currently exclusive to Olivia & Co, the soda pops were interesting and pairs well with chicken wings and burgers/sandwiches. If you are feeling adventurous, opt for Blood Orange & Chilli soda pop which was my favourite among the four. Fizzy Italian blood orange flavoured soda infused with red chilli. Love the spicy aftertaste.

Tokyo Wings ($9 for 6 pcs, $16 for 12 pcs) – Crispy chicken wings in light batter tossed in sweet teriyaki marinade. Good for sharing.

If you prefer something light and healthy, opt for Squashed Avocado Salad ($17). A well mixed salad featuring a fresh bed of greens, fluffy quinoa, Danish feta, currents, fresh herbs, topped with a scoop of smashed avocado.

Olivia & Co offers a range of gourmet burgers and sandwiches. So, if you are feeling hungry and need a more substantial meal to power through the day, order a burger or sandwich. Pressed for time? No worries, just order your burger/sandwich at the ‘Grab n Go’ counter and you can enjoy your lunch on the go or at the comfort of your work desk.

Quayside Soft-Shell Crab Burger ($23) – Crispy tempura battered soft-shell crab drizzled with Jalapeño mayonnaise, nestled on a bed of sesame slaw, sandwiched between Olivia’s signature house-made buttered brioche buns. Served with sweet potato fries.

Green Burger ($14) – Mashed zucchini and corn patty lathered with chilli salsa in between soft and fluffy brioche. Served with avocado wasabi salad. An interesting take on vegetarian burger and was pretty tasty.

Austin Melt Sandwich ($23) – Short rib and caramelized onions in toasted buttered brioche with melted cheddar cheese. The short rib is braised for 8 hours, resulting in a flavourful and fall-apart tender meat. Served with crispy fries.

The Cheeses ($23) – Olivia & Co’s signature sandwich. Thick and juicy beef patty, accompanied by fresh pickles, lettuce, grilled onions and Stripy Jack cheese. Served with fries.

Spring Chicken ($14) – Home-style roasted ‘half spatchcock’ on a bed of zingy wasabi Parmesan potato mash. Served with fresh sesame greens and truffle mayonnaise. The chicken was a little on the dry side but the wasabi Parmesan potato mash was so good! So creamy, earthy with mustard-like tang. We love it!

Asian Pork Belly ($23) – Grilled caramelised pork belly with crispy pork crackling on a bed of tangy papaya and lime salad and a sprinkle of crushed peanuts.

The best part of any pork belly dish is the crackling and I absolutely adore Olivia & Co’s version. So crisp and slightly puffy, it’s akin to pork scratchings. Watch the video below to see for yourself how crispy the crackling is.

Olivia Sticky Date Pancakes ($12) – One of the options from the All-Day Breakfast section. Stack of 4 fluffy homemade sticky date pancakes with banana slices. Served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and a drizzle of warm caramel peanut butter sauce.

Rock & Rolla ($12) – A trio of waffles topped with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and popping candy, drizzled liberally with strawberry sauce. Served with fresh berries and strawberries. The waffles were light, slightly airy with crisp edges. A good dessert option for sharing. Love the addition of popping candy! A sweet ending to our meal.
