Brizo Restaurant & Bar at Park Hotel Clarke Quay is known for its mouth-watering seafood dinner buffet. From this April to June, the restaurant showcases a selection of fresh seafood crustaceans with an elegant Spanish-inspired twist.
Tuck into a sumptuous seafood feast with highlights like Arroz Negre (Valencia Squid Ink Rice with Seafood), Gambas Al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimps), Baked NZ Mussels with Herbs Crust, Creamy Butter Rock Crab, Brizo signature Chilli Crab and returning favourite Lobster in a Pan – featuring a whole Maine Lobster with tiger prawns and mussels alongside pasta fusilli in a choice of garlic cream or Cioppino sauce.
Other tempting offerings include the Spanish-style Roast Pork Belly with Smoked Paprika from the Craving station, Spanish Gazpacho from the Cold selection, Tortilla Patatas A La Espanol (Spanish Omelette with Potato), Tuna Empanada and more.
Complete the buffet feast with a selection of desserts such as Brizo durian pengat, fruit platters, cakes and pastries, ice cream, freshly brewed coffee and tea.
The Viva Seafood Fiesta ($55++ per adult / $27++ per child) is available every Thursdays to Sundays, during dinner only from 1 April to 30 June 2016.
