Meat N Chill Turns One

Debuted last year, Meat N Chill – a little barbecue joint at Bukit Timah serving some of the meanest BBQ ribs, steaks and wine to the carnivorous crowd has turned one on the 1st of March, 2016.

Sitting at Sixth Avenue Centre, three minutes walk from the Sixth Avenue MRT Station (DT7) on the Downtown Line, Meat N Chill is dedicated to providing diners with a wide array of barbecue favourites and other delectable offerings such as Iberian pork chop, cajun fried chicken, burgers, pastas and more.

Meat N Chill take their food and drinks very seriously, offering diners an equally extensive choice of beverages, from soft drinks, coffee and tea to milk shakes, smoothies and booze which include wine, champagnes, cocktails, beers and ciders.

Incredibly passionate about serving up the best and meanest ribs, Meat N Chill has invested countless hours experimenting with crazy concoctions to finally come up with the optimal preparation and best sauces.

To ensure that each slab is cooked to perfection, the chef dedicates several hours to remove the membranes from the pork ribs, before they are given a generous shake down with its in-house rub to marinate for over a day.

The pork ribs is then coated generously with your favourite choice of sauce, and slow smoked over hickory wood and mesquite wood to enhance its flavours.

Meat N Chill – 1st Anniversary Promotion

Celebrating the 1 year anniversary of Meat N Chill, the restaurant is offering a massive Meat Platter for just $100+, comes with hearty portions of ribs, fried chicken, ribeye steak, grilled salmon and free flow of sides and drinks.

A truly carnivorous experience, the meat platter shares four person, but we recommend that you bring one or two more friends along.
