Dallas Restaurant & Bar, a contemporary restaurant/bar with outlets at Boat Quay and Suntec City Sky Garden offers a myriad of hearty meals, bar bites, a great selection of wines, beers and tipples.
Their latest outlet at Suntec City Sky Garden is able to accommodate 92 guests indoors and al fresco seating with shimmering pool feature for 70 guests. The exquisite glass house-style restaurant/bar offers a striking view of Suntec City area as well as Marina Bay skyline and is an ideal place to hold private parties or corporate events.
To mark its 10th anniversary milestone, Dallas Restaurant & Bar has launched several new items to their menu.
Be spoilt for choice with Dallas Restaurant & Bar‘s array of appetizers and starters. Snapper Fish Tacos, Crispy Pork Belly Tacos, Jalapeño Croquettes and Grilled Corn are some of the new addition to the menu.
Snapper Fish Tacos ($22 / $8 for additional piece) – Deep-fried snapper atop grilled mini flour tortilla with Spanish onions, cabbage and homemade pineapple chutney. Drizzled with Chipotle mayonnaise and garnished with shredded baby radish. Served with lime wedges at the side.
Crispy Pork Belly Tacos ($14 / $5 for additional piece) – Crispy pork belly atop grilled mini flour tortilla with guacamole spread and drizzled with homemade aioli. Garnished with pickled Spanish onions and fresh jalapeno for a fiery kick.
Jalapeño Croquettes ($15) – Deep-fried nuggets of breaded mashed spuds mixed with béchamel sauce, shredded cheddar and pickled jalapeño peppers. Served with green chilli mayonnaise. These morsels are creamy and cheesy with a hint of spice. Best eaten immediately upon serving.
Grilled Corn ($6) – Perfectly grilled corn on the cob topped with Chipotle mayonnaise and generously sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. So juicy and sweet; a must-order to go with your main.
Popular bites like Sliders Platter ($22 for three / $38 for eight), Dallas BBQ Wings ($16) and Quesadilla Platter ($22 for four / $38 for eight) are also recommended.
As for mains, there are two NEW anniversary meat specials on the a la carte menu – Prime Rib Steak and Dallas Meat Platter.
Prime Rib Steak ($40) – 100-day grain fed Australian prime rib lightly seasoned and slow roasted for 15 hours. A 250g prime rib is sliced upon order and grilled medium-rare. Served with fries, salad and black pepper sauce. Carnivores rejoice as you can enjoy free-flow of this premium cut at $35 per person on weekends.
Dallas Meat Platter ($70 for two pax / $130 for four pax) – This meat platter is available for two or four diners. Each platter showcases four different meats:
* Grilled Australian Lamb Cutlets – Perfectly grilled lamb cutlets that are tender and not gamey at all. Pairs well with the mint jelly. Two or four cutlets respectively.
* Pork Ribs – Marinated in either tangy sweet berry glaze or fiery BBQ sauce before slow cooked for two hours. Four or eight ribs respectively.
* Rotisserie Chicken – Immersed in a special sauce overnight and finished off with a dry chilli rub and roased for three hours. Quarter or half chicken respectively.
* Prime Rib Steak – Cooked medium rare. 250g and 300g steaks respectively.
Beneath the meats is a generous serving of roasted potatoes and juicy vine-ripened tomatoes at the side. Each platter is accompanied by a mushroom or black pepper sauce and choice of mustards.
Good news for those who do not celebrate Chinese New Year as Dallas Restaurant & Bar will be open throughout the festive period. Also, in conjunction with SuperBowl 50 happening on 8 February morning, the restaurant will be serving breakfast from 7am.
