At Seed and Soil, you can make your juice into more of a meal by combining whole fruits and wondrous superfood like chia seed, goji berry and coconut water into a fully raw Juice Smoothie that’s truly filling, wholesome and actually tastes delicious.

Have a try at their best selling Pitaya Surprise, made up of a tasty medley of flavours from fruits such as red dragonfruit, pineapple, banana as well as other superfood goodness. The juice smoothies comes with an abundance of nutrition and free from dairy, gluten, soy, chemical additives or preservatives of any kind.

The handcrafted smoothies are prepared right in front of you – they are so real, so that you can taste all the good stuff right away. The smoothies are available for “ready-to-eat” and for take-away, it is recommended that you consume it within 30 minutes to an hour.

They comes in three sizes – Grab, Regular and Large for $8, $10 and $12 respectively. The grab size smoothie is perfect for a post-workout fuel, after-meal dessert or even a quick “snack” at any time of the day.

The chocolatey Cacao Warrior tastes like a naughty treat, but is actually all good for you. It is packed with a hit of protein and antioxidants from the raw cacao, banana and peanut butter.

The regular and large smoothie is served in a bowl – it contains enough calories and nutrients to be substituted for a meal.
