Other stellar savouries include the Slow Roasted Ibérico Pork Belly with crackling, pickled cabbage, apple sauce and pork jus ($320 for six to eight persons), Boneless Gammon Ham with vanilla-pineapple sauce ($208 for 12 – 15 persons) and the great pre-dinner snacks, Turkey ‘Kueh Pie Tee’ ($18 for 10 pieces, $32 for 20 pieces).
2015’s new log cake is the Manjari Chocolate and Cassis Mousse Log Cake ($76 for 1kg). All-time classic D24 Durian Christmas Log Cake ($69 for 1kg) and 2014 hot favourite Salted Caramel Nuts Cake ($42 for 500g), including Christmas combo specials are also available for takeaway for home parties.

Salt Tapas & Bar
With the arrival of a new executive chef whom joined Salt Tapas & Bar sometime in August last year, the modern tapas bar at Raffles City have seen more exciting and tasty creations to its refreshed menu. Head Chef Ronald Li recently introduced new small plates, as well as a new section on the menu – named “Mains to Share”, is specially designed for communal dining and the dishes can serve up to four people for sharing.
In addition to the new menu, diners can look forward to the “Share The Love” festive special on 24th and 25th December from 6pm, showcasing three impressive sharing dishes and a sweet platter. Highlights include the Apple Wood Smoked Ribeye ($85), Lobster Thermidor ($105), and Grilled Spatchcock with Burnt Corn Salsa and Shiso Teriyaki Sauce ($65). Each dish comes with complimentary sides of Brusell Sprouts with Beurre Monte and Pomme Neuf.
