Delifrance unveils a smorgasbord of savouries and sweet treats for its Christmas menu, launching soon from 15 November in its website for online orders. Take a look at the menu highlights below and make sure you decide on the group size of the party.
Honey Glazed Chicken Ham ($50 for 2kg) – Succulent and tender chicken ham baked to gold brown and glazed with honey. Served with tangy pineapple sauce.
Roasted New Zealand Striploin Beef ($68 for 2kg) – A tender and juicy cut of beef cured with Chef’s seasoning served with pepper sauce for the extra sizzle to the season.
Traditional Roasted Turkey ($90 for 5.4kg) – Moist and juicy Turkey marinated with Cajun spice. This classic Christmas centerpiece is stuffed with flavourful chestnut and served with delicious cranberry sauce and chicken gravy.
White Chocolate and Raspberry ($48 for 1kg) – The sweet white chocolate sponge combined with the tangy raspberry thick coulis is a lovely crowd pleaser.
Matcha Azuki ($48 for 1kg) – Indulge in Matcha enriched sponge roll with sweet Azuki beans that melt in your mouth. Japanese inspired, a sweet twist to your Christmas feast.
Joy of Delifrance ($60 for 1kg) – Délifrance’s signature logcake that is touted for its velvety texture and the pure mouth watering pleasure that puts a smile on everyone’s face. Made with pillowy chocolate sponge layered with 100% Valrohna Fine French Chocolate.
Festive Eclairs ($8 for a box of four) – Indulge in Matcha enriched sponge roll with sweet Azuki beans that melt in your mouth. Japanese inspired, a sweet twist to your Christmas feast.
Festive Macarons ($20 for a box of eight) – Bask in the merry season with specialty macarons in Peppermint & Raspberry flavours.
If you are planning for a party of six to eight persons, The Splendour ($240) and Grandeur ($260) Christmas meals should fit the bill nicely. Each meal comes with a traditional Roast Turkey, Joy of Delifrance, 2 potato gratin, 2 seasonal vegetable money and 18 pieces of festive eclairs.
The Splendour meal includes the Honey Glazed Chicken Ham with pineapple sauce, while the Grandeur meal comes with the Roast New Zealand Striploin Beef.
Other party offerings include the three Mini Party Delights – Assorted Mini Tart Canapes & Fruit Tartlets, Mini French Pastries and Mini Tart Canapes. Each platter start from $20 for 12 pieces of Mini Pizza Baguettes; up to $55 for 30 pieces of Mini French Pastries.
Customers can enjoy 15% Early Bird Discount for Christmas pre-orders (min. 3 working days to process) made before 30 November 2015. Self collection will begin from 15 November to 3 January 2016 at two timings – 11am or 5pm. Last day of order ends on 21 December 2015 at 3pm.
Discounts are not applicable for other catering items such as Mini Party Delights, and not available at Coronation Plaza, Fairprice Xpress Counters and Cheers.
