Diners can expect a more exquisite dining experience at Kaffir & Lime, featuring a gorgeous new look, a refreshed menu with new premium dishes, even the dining wares and the staff uniforms have also undergo a major facelift.
Introducing new dishes at Kaffir & Lime, the first highlight is the Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Battered Morning Glory ($12.90). The morning glory is coated with a house special batter of curry powder, tom yum paste and other secret ingredients, before being deep fried to a golden brown, and best savored with the popular crispy soft shell crab dipped in homemade Kaffir & Lime sauce.
Next dish to look out is the Deep Fried Whole Seabass with Kaffir & Lime Trio Dip ($22.90) featuring a whole seabass fish deep fried to golden brown perfection and dip in an exciting trio of sweet, savoury and sour sauces.
Rated No. 1 dish in the world by CNN in 2011, the Massaman Curry ($14.90) served at ThaiExpress is also available now at Kaffir & Lime restaurant. This unique dish has an explosion of flavours from more than 20 ingredients slow cooked for many hours to perfection.
Other Kaffir & Lime signatures include the succulent Beef Salad ($11.90) dressed with Kaffir & Lime marinade blend of herbs and spices; and the Chicken & Shrimp Ball Kebab ($11 for 2 sticks) served on skewers and complemented with Kaffir & Lime homemade sauce.
Thai noodle and rice dishes like Phad Thai with Seafood ($14.90), Soft Shell Crab with Egg and Onion Curry Rice ($14.90); quintessentially spicy Tom Yam Seafood Soup ($11.90) and Thai Seafood Otah ($9.90) are popular choices from the extensive Kaffir & Lime menu selection.
