There are an abundance of restaurants and hotels that offer such deals, the restaurant that I’m introducing – The Line at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore is not new, and you know there are plenty of good reasons why it is still one of Singapore’s favourite destination for buffet meals.

This exceptional all-day dining restaurant sees the arrival of recently-appointed Chef de Cuisine Vincent Wong, whom has enhanced the highlights for Sunday Champagne Brunch. Diners get to indulge in unlimited servings of fresh seafood, fine meats, and delectable international cuisine featured at 16 theatre kitchens that include foie gras presented 10 ways, 13 types of fresh seafood on ice and 30 types of New and Old World cheese served with unlimited Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut.

Start your brunch buffet at The Line off with a range of hand-selected artisanal aged cheeses from the New and Old World selections.

Head over to the fresh Seafood on Ice theatre after having a pick of the cheeses and choose from indulgent seafood presentations – showcasing oysters from Ireland, Sydney and France, and crab including Alaskan Red King crab, Alaskan Bairdi Snow Crabs and Sri Lankan Crabs, and more.

Decadence abounds with foie gras presented 10 different ways and paired with ingredients such as beech wood, figs, yuzu, Tahitian vanilla and even chocolate chips.

Make a dash to the butcher’s station for unlimited serving of excellent Iberico ham. Meat lovers should not miss out the carving station featuring fine roast meats like 48-Hour Slow Roasted Wagyu Beef Leg with a Mustard Crust, Australian Stockyard Tomahawk Steak, 200 Day Grain–fed Australian Stockyard Striploin, Roasted Stockyard Beef Striploin with Truffle Jus, Herb-crusted Lamb Rack and more.

But do make sure you save some space to try the remaining stations such as Western station, Indian station, BBQ station, Hot Mezza, local specialities, noodle bar, main dishes and desserts.

For diners with a sweet tooth, Area Executive Pastry Chef Hervé Potus presents a dessert extravaganza with 30 varieties of pastries, exquisite tarts and cakes, fruit trifle, Singaporean desserts and “kuehs” and ice cream.

A frozen yogurt machine which dispenses two flavours daily allows diners to create their own yogurt with more than 20 condiments to choose from, including gummy bears, raisins, nuts and chocolate chips.

    At the new Sunday brunch, does The Line still operate the Italian station with pasta made fresh, as well as pizza? I haven’t seen if this is still offered in general/at the Sunday Brunch.
