Head over to the fresh Seafood on Ice theatre after having a pick of the cheeses and choose from indulgent seafood presentations – showcasing oysters from Ireland, Sydney and France, and crab including Alaskan Red King crab, Alaskan Bairdi Snow Crabs and Sri Lankan Crabs, and more.
Decadence abounds with foie gras presented 10 different ways and paired with ingredients such as beech wood, figs, yuzu, Tahitian vanilla and even chocolate chips.
Make a dash to the butcher’s station for unlimited serving of excellent Iberico ham. Meat lovers should not miss out the carving station featuring fine roast meats like 48-Hour Slow Roasted Wagyu Beef Leg with a Mustard Crust, Australian Stockyard Tomahawk Steak, 200 Day Grain–fed Australian Stockyard Striploin, Roasted Stockyard Beef Striploin with Truffle Jus, Herb-crusted Lamb Rack and more.

A frozen yogurt machine which dispenses two flavours daily allows diners to create their own yogurt with more than 20 condiments to choose from, including gummy bears, raisins, nuts and chocolate chips.
