
Brizo Restaurant & Bar in Park Hotel Clarke Quay continues its successful run of seafood-centric buffet dishes by introducing a Mediterranean night of seafood delicacies such as seafood stew, seafood paella, grilled red sea bream and lobster in a pan.
Themed as “Ahoy! It’s Seafood Night!“, the buffet dinner features over 20 varieties of seafood dishes and a brand new A La Minute Lobster in a Pan dish, available from 1 October to 27 December 2015 every Thursday to Sunday, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, at $65++ per adult and $32++ per children aged 6 to 12 years old.
A hallmark of Mediterranean dishes from different regions are perfect for a taste of the ocean. The robust flavours from the Provencal Seafood Stew, Seafood Paella, Mediterranean Grilled Red Sea Bream in Paprika, Rosemary & Garlic, Black Mussel & Clam in White Sauce with Fresh Herbs and Pasta Fusilli Crabmeat Au Gratin, are sure to “fire” up your appetite at the seafood buffet night.
Brizo’s array of popular crab dishes such as the Brizo Signature Singapore-style Chilli Crab, aromatic Black Pepper Crab and Salted Egg Yolk Crab makes up part of the hot seafood buffet line.
Other hot seafood dishes include the Wok-Fried Tiger Prawns with Butter & Curry Leaf, Wok-fried Clams in Chinese Wine and Golden Fragrant (Kam Heong) Tiger Prawns.
A section of small nibbles such as Baked Crab in Shell, Deep Fried Battered Prawn, Seafood Pizza is also available in the buffet spread.
Diners can help themselves with comforting bowls of New England Clam Chowder or have their pasta prepared to their liking at the live station with either Neapolitan, Carbonara or Aglio e Olio style.
There is nothing more succulent than fresh crabs, Australian slipper lobsters and French oysters straight out of the shell.
Crustacean fans can tuck into a myriad of fresh seafood on ice including Canadian green whelks, Chilean scallops, green lip mussels, flower crabs, tiger prawns as well as fresh salmon and tuna for the fish lovers.
Tantalise your tastebuds with the Classic Prawn Cocktail in Brandy Hot Sauce, Norwegian Salmon Ceviche with Avocado and French Bean with Smoked Tuna Tataki & Quail Eggs, which will appeal to the non-crustacean lovers.
A live grill station has also been specially set up for those who craves for some BBQ favourites like Cajun Spiced Tiger Prawns, Sambal Chilli Dory Fish Fillet and Squid, assorted vegetables and grilled potatoes.
Saving the best for the last, which is the star dish at Brizo – Lobster in a Pan, featuring a whole succulent Maine lobster, tiger prawns, clams, black mussels, potatoes, corn and gourmet sausages served with a refillable bucket of truffle steak fries.
Guests can select from two types of Mediterranean sauces, either the Garlic Cream or the Cioppino – which is tomato based. This dish is prepared a la minute (cooked to order), therefore just inform the restaurant staff when you want to have it.
Totally stuffed after the seafood buffet? Make some space for desserts, as you should never leave the restaurant without having some alluring Durian Pengat, chilled Mango Sago, as well as an assortment of mini cakes and ice cream (cornetto & magnum).
