Carne & Caipirinha Brazilian Churrascaria – The Ultimate All-You-Can-Eat Dining Experience

Located in the quaint neighbourhood of Sunset Way lies the 74-seater Brazilian Churrascaria – Carne & Caiprinha, where diners are treated with unmatched service in a relaxing alfresco environment that inspires both casual fun encounters and sweet romantic times.

Brazil is known for having an excellent culinary culture, including the only one-of-its-kind Churrascaria dining experience which is unique and unlike your typical steakhouse or buffet restaurant. Carne & Caipirinha is conceptualised by The Argentum Group which is also operating businesses in the Retail F&B, Corporate Food Service, Catering and Hospitality services.

The man behind Carne & Caiprinha‘s kitchen and cuisine is Chef Noelio Scheibel, better known as Chef Brito, a native Brazilian and also a true-blue gaucho (traditional cowboy) from Rio Grande do Sul. The veteran chef has over 36 years of experience under his belt and together with his highly experienced team, the restaurant whips out authentic Brazillian churrasco using only charcoal fire for roasting quality meats.

Start off your evening with one of the speciality cocktails include the Cachaça, the national spirit of Brazil, which is used to make these finely crafted caipirinhas ($12). Imported Brazilian beers (Skol Pilsner $14) and wines are also available before you begin your dining experience.

A limited edition Brazilian soft drink, Guarana Antarctica ($6) has a mild and slightly apple-like aftertaste helps to break down the oil in the food after you have started a few rounds of eating.

The buffet line comprises yummy offerings that accompany the meats

The restaurant offers a buffet selection of gourmet salads, pastas, rice and the traditional Feijoada (Brazilian black bean stew) in addition to their variety of grilled meats like pork rib, beef rib, pork belly, pork ham, pork sausage, fish, chicken thigh, chicken fillet in bacon, lamb leg and more.

Brazil is one of the world’s largest exporter for beef and chicken, Carne & Caipirinha offers the most prized cut of meat from the cattle – Beef Rump Cap (Picanha) and Beef Hump (Cupim). These meats are of superb quality and the flavours of the Brazilian beef differs from other beef production countries, boasting more marbling than other meats.

Passadors are the chefs themselves, dressed in traditional gaucho outfits and acting as meat servers toting meat skewers and carving dining portions of grilled meat right onto the diners’ plates. These cowboys will feed you with unlimited portions of grilled meat until you surrender, or take a break by flipping the disc card RED indicating a “no thanks”.

For those with an increased appetite, this could be your key to success, simply flip back to GREEN to start the tour d’ carne (meat tour) once again.
