I strongly recommend the starter and mains – Kombu Soba Noodles, Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek and the Sea Bass Fillet caught from the seas of Pulau Ubin.
For sweet treats, go for the Manjari H20 Ganache with Sweet Corn Sorbet and the Tart Aux Citron with Onion Ice Cream.
You might not feel right at first, looking at the menu offerings with such daring and unusual creations. But trust me, challenge yourself to come and try the food at Portico. I am pretty sure that you will be intrigued, leaving happy and satisfied.
