Shin-Sapporo Ramen The Birthplace of Miso Ramen

Shin-Sapporo Ramen

Known for delivering the authentic taste of Sapporo-style ramen, Shin-Sapporo Ramen just opened its 4th outlet in the heart of Orchard Road in early May 2014.

Shin-Sapporo Ramen currently holds 4 outlets – Alexandra Retail Centre, Century Square, UE Biz Hub East and the latest outlet is located at OrchardGateway.

Shin-Sapporo Ramen prides itself in being different from many other ramen shops. The noodles are freshly made daily and the broth is prepared under high heat for up to 15 hours. Each ramen is paired with different noodles and different broths to provide the best match of flavours.

“In every bowl of Shin-Sapporo Ramen, you will find a consistent smoothness of broth,
a consistent texture of Ramen noodles, a consistent richness of Japanese tradition.

Every bowl, a whole lot of effort for the preparation of a meal that comforts. Every bowl, a whole lot of heart for a little taste of Japanese culinary heritage.” ~ Shin-Sapporo Ramen
